From the sidewalk cracks

I think that Spring is finally starting to sneak up on us. The weather was pleasant today - right now it's in the mid-40s and might get even a little warmer before the sun starts setting. Tufts of grass are starting to poke out from random sidewalk cracks and there are lively green patches in the middle of dead brown. A few weed flowers are even popping up as the weather gets a bit warmer.

One of these mornings, I'm going to wake up and discover that the world has burst into color overnight. I'm so excited! Spring makes me a little giddy...
