Please excuse:
- The weird way that the whites in these pictures are glowing and bleeding (smartphone camera issues)
- The poor quality of the photos (smartphone camera issues)
- The fact that I forgot to take the name tag off my dress for half of the pics ("pregnancy brain" issues)
I (obviously) do not have the talent, know-how, or patience for Photoshop. Photo snobs... get over it. #DSLRsomeday

Yesterday morning I walked into a hair salon and came out with a fringe across my forehead. Talk about major change! I haven't had bangs since about 4th grade... and the bangs I used to have when I was little were the "bubble bangs" that were typical of 80s/90s kids. You know the ones I'm talking about. Curling irons. LOTS of hairspray.
Here's a childhood classic, for your viewing pleasure.
Oooooh yes. If that doesn't scream out "90's child!!!" then I don't know what does.
I've been warning Doug for a while that I wanted to try bangs. Doug, for whatever reason, doesn't like bangs in general and he really didn't want me to get them. Of course, I went ahead and got them anyways. I'm stubborn, ya know. He'll just have to get used to them! We'll see how long the bangs last before I decide that they're too "high-maintenance" and grow them out. For now though, I love having a change in hairstyle! It's been a looooong time since I've done something different.
And ya gotta admit... the weird white glow I have around me in these pics makes it seem kind of ethereal... that's cool, right? Right??!? *Sigh. Note to self: just don't wear white for pictures.

Whoo hoo for baby bumps! Thanks... and I love the dress too! ;)
